#FINALE 2014.5 ADD PERCUSSION STAFF FULL#
The way their website is designed, you need to know about their full product line to find everything related to percussion, where for example the Discovery Series "Balinese Gamelan" library is not listed as being drums, but it is percussion and based on what you wrote this probably is very intriguing. ĭrum Libraries for Kontakt 5 (Native Instruments) They also have what I call "cinematic" percussion libraries, since they are designed to be dramatic. Ĭuba Collection for Kontakt 5 (Native Instruments) Native Instruments has a lot of percussion stuff for Kontakt 5, and I like the Discovery Series "Cuba Collection". However, I needed the space in the sound isolation studio, so I removed the Really Bigger Drumkit and used the space for a calibrated full-range studio monitor system and a workbench for the 23" Apple Cinema Display, keyboard, mouse, and mini-MIDI keyboard.
#FINALE 2014.5 ADD PERCUSSION STAFF UPDATE#
I have Addictive Drums (XLN Audio), and I use it for some thing, but it is focused primarily one basic drumkits, which is fine with me, but not so much Latin percussion (a personal favorite), although they have a Latin Percussion cowbell, which is nice, and I have the real one in the Really Bigger Drumkit, which is an update to the Really Big Drumkit. I watched a few of the FXpansion videos for BDF3, and they are some very nice drumkits and percussion instruments. I’m just at the beginning stages of my search, so any helpful suggestions are much appreciated. I am going to be demoing FXpansion BDF3 very soon, as my initial search put this as the frontrunner, and have demoed Addictive Drums and EZ Drummer, but I found those fairly limiting in the amount of kit I could have. If not easily compatible I would be looking for a midi import feature so I can write the basic part with N5, export the midi file, and then elaborate once into Studio One Pro. I am not too keen on programing and do not want to spend my time learning to write rule sets. Ideally it would be compatible with Notion 5, without too much difficulty. Anthonyparkison wroteDoes anyone have any suggestions on a third party acoustic drum VSTi? It needs to offer a massive kit including octabans, chinas, splashes, and stacks.
